What is this Priority Support forum for?

Each licensed customer has its own private subforum for priority support questions. These forums are invisible to other visitors an ensure a quick response for priority support questions as additional notification systems are in place to notify us of these priority support questions.

What is this Priority Support forum for?

Welcome to the Priority Support (sub) forum for OraFormsFaces. Each licensed client gets its own private sub forum under this Priority Support forum.

This sub forum is only visible for users from that particular client and people from Commit Consulting. It cannot be accessed by any other user. This private sub forum can be used for support questions that are not suitable for public discussion and for support issues that require immediate attention.

Unlike the normal support forum, the priority forums have a notification system to immediately notify Commit Consulting of a new priority support issue by a licensed customer. This notification system ensures our response as quickly as possible.
